Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Installed or used motorcycle parts are not eligible for return unless they are defective or were supplied incorrectly.

To start a return, email purcross-yyb@purcross.com. Do not send an item back before your return has been approved. Approved returns should be sent to Jianshe Avenue, Foshan, Guangdong 511400, China. We will provide return instructions after approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item is eligible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.

European Union 14-day cancellation period

If an order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email purcross-yyb@purcross.com.
